Newconn Home Inspections, LLC is a family owned and operated home inspection company. Every inspection is performed by the owner. We are a full-time, full-service inspection and consulting company.

In addition to being a licensed New York State home inspector I have a certificate degree in Building Construction from Canton College of Technology and a 20 year career background as a carpenter and general contractor renovating and building homes.

As a homeowner myself I fully understand the investment you are making. I will educate you about the home in a way that is not overwhelming and help you feel good about your decision. You are encouraged to be present at the inspection and feel free to ask any questions during the process. After the inspection you will be provided with a professional report, however my service does not end there. I encourage my clients to contact me with questions they might have regarding the report or the home at any time in the future...free of charge.
